Halloween Virtual Costume Contest Participation Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility:
- The Halloween Virtual Costume Contest (the "Contest") is open to participants of all ages.
- Contestants must have a valid email address to enter.
- Contest is void where prohibited.
- Contest Period:
- The Contest begins on October 1, 2023 at 12:01 AM and ends on October 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM (the "Contest Period").
- All times are in EST
- How to Enter:
- To participate, submit a clear, high-resolution photo of your Halloween costume to MandyEdwards@neurovanatravel.com during the Contest Period.
- Multiple entries are allowed; each entry must be submitted separately.
- Submitted photos must be original and not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.
- Voting:
- Voting will take place from November 1, 2023 at 12:01 AM to November 7, 2023 at 11:59 PM.
- Registered participants and the general public can vote.
- Votes must be submitted via the official voting platform provided at https://neurovanatravel.com/virtual-costume-contest
- Any attempt to manipulate votes or use fraudulent methods will result in disqualification.
- Winners:
- Winners will be determined based on a combination of the total number of valid votes received and evaluations by a panel of judges.
- The top 3 contestants with the highest combined scores from votes and judges will be declared winners.
- Winners will be announced on November 10, 2023 on the [Contest Website].
- Winners will also be notified via email within 5 days after the Contest ends.
- Prizes:
- Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Neurovana Travel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
- Publicity:
- By participating, you grant Neurovana Travel the right to use your name, submitted photo, and likeness for promotional purposes.
- General Conditions:
- Neurovana Travel reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest at any time.
- Decisions made by Neurovana Travel regarding the Contest and winners are final and binding.
- By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Release and Limitations of Liability:
- By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Neurovana Travel from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest.
